Christmas Comes to Anstruther Dec. 4-6

The Royal Burgh of Kilrenny, Anstruther & Cellardyke Community Council, The East Neuk Round Table and The Lighthouse invites everybody in the East Neuk to join in a weekend of Christmas activity fun Dec. 4-6.

The East Neuk of Fife Round Table is the main sponsor of a kids’ party on Saturday, Dec. 5, with pyjamas and onesies (over other clothing) for both kids and adults the dress-of-choice. The Pyjama Party is at Erskine Hall between 1:30 and 4:30, aimed at kids aged 3-10. Face painting, a disco, balloon twisting, and refreshments will be on hand before Santa Claus arrives at 3:30 to say hello. Entry is £1 per adult or child. All children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the afternoon.

A family ceilidh at Anstruther’s Town Hall begins Saturday night at 7:30pm and runs till 11pm. A licensed bar and stovies will be available, provided by The Royal Hotel in Anstruther. Entry is £5 per adult, £1 per child.
