St Thomas Church Bradwell-on-Sea Rogation 2017
This year we held our Rogation service at Bradwell beach. It was a beautiful sunny morning on the beach with a high tide. The was well supported. After blessing the land, fields and the sea we celebrated Holy Communion accompanied by lovely hymns of blessing.
After the service, we were supplied with a fantastic bacon and sausage breakfast rolls and hot tea and coffee. Many thanks to Roger for setting up and cooking all the food. Good weather, location, fellowship and food. You can’t get better than this!

After the leaving the beach, we returned to the Church and held the community part of the Rogation service outside the church followed by a baptism service inside the church.
