Revd Lionel Webber celebrates 55th years of ordination.
Revd Lionel Webber conducted our morning service at St Thomas Church Bradwell on December 20th on his 55th anniversary of being ordained as a priest. The service was a celebration of this anniversary with three of the four hymns chosen from his ordination service 55years ago. The hymns: Come thou long expected Jesus, O thou who camest from above, Lord for the years and Lo He comes with clouds descending were beautifully accompanied on the organ by his wife Jean. At coffee after the service Lionel cut his anniversary cake, kindly made by Zanny Lawrence.
