The tenth annual general meeting of the Kingston Chinese Association will be held on Sunday 13th April 2014 at the Milaap Centre, Murray House, 140 Acre Road, Kingston Upon Thames, KT2 6EE from 2.30pm to 4pm.

All voting members are eligible to stand for election, nominate/second and to vote. Voting members are nominees of affiliated organizations and individual members who have been membership for a minimum of 6 months and paid their membership fee in full.

 

When nominating members for election, please ensure to:

• Secure the person’s consent beforehand.
• Obtain the support of another voting member to second the nomination.

 

Self-nominations will not be accepted.

8. Moving forward

 

v  KCA Child Protection policy -First edition was adopted at the 23/2/2014 committee meeting. Mrs. Juliana Kwan, Association/Company secretary has been assigned as the “Child Protection Focal Point”.

v Increase networking with other organizations

-      Chance of join activities with other Chinese Association.

v  Relocation of Milaap Centre – information and suggestion.

v Seminars on a range of topics - including health and social issues.
