Seed's Farmhouse

This is a grade II listed farmhouse. it was probably built in the early 18th Century. 

The original building was single storey and is built in local sandstone.  Later in its life a second storey was built in brick. It has a thatched roof  covered by corrugated iron. It is a three bayed farmhouse. Most of the windows are plain reveals with horizontal sliding sashes, and the doorway has a modern timber porch.  it is locatted at Moss side, Great Eccleston.  Its grade II listing has a legacy number of: 185014

It has a three-element  lobby-entry plan.  The chimney, has 2 flues, in line with door.
At the rear is a window with plain reveals.
