The event which has become a popular attraction for local residents was bigger and better this year with the inclusion of musical entertainment from the Local Pathfinder Marching Band and a cool jazz sound from the On The Edge Musical organisation.

We were blessed with a wonderful sunny afternoon and our car parking area was the focal point with the following activities circling the area including grand raffle, bbq, refreshments, bric a brac, plant sale, children's colouring competition, guess the name of the doll, and hook a duck.

The Grand raffle prize draw - had 40 prizes to be won.  We received some fantastic donations from local business outlets, including:  Waitrose, Apple, Hozelock -, Bartley Green Garage - Car MOT, Wilkinson - £10 gift voucher, and Ramada Hotel, Sutton Coldfield, Black Horse Pub and many more.

There were lots of activities on the day for visitors to enjoy including the children's colouring competition, building individual bug hotels with The Rangers from Woodgate Valle, Geoff's garden centre with home grown plants, name the doll from Wendy, Bric a Brac from Linda, Children’s Craft Activities with Roz, Hook a duck with Rachel and Steve and refreshments from Carolyn and Bob, and Sarah, Sheila and Kevin on the BBQ. Thanks to all the visitors and all plot holders who contributed to the event.
