Every summer, local residents led by the Tidal Crane Association spend the morning clearing the river of accumulated rubbish and cutting back overhanging greenery from the River Crane along its lower, tidal reaches as it passes along the backs of gardens in Haliburton Road, Eve Road and Crane Avenue. We are supported with waders, equipment and insurance by Thames 21. Everyone living on the Crane or interested in it is welcome.
