St James Church

St. James is the local Church of England parish church serving the area of the village of Westhead near Ormskirk, Lancashire. 

The good news is that our church is now open for Sunday Services.   Although during the Coronavirus pandemic many of our regular activities are suspended, our LIFE (Living In Faith Everyday) Bible discussion group continues to run weekly on Zoom and our young peoples' groups meet and interact on an adhoc basis on Zoom and Microsoft Teams.  For more information please see "Services and Events" for details.

St. James' is a friendly, welcoming church.  As individuals we purposefully seek to grow in our spiritual life.  Together, we strive to be a key part of our local community by sharing Jesus' love through word and action and we have great links with the primary school in the village.
