Our all female courses for young girls aged 13 to 25 give's invaluable information and practical tools for young girls to become aware of their rights, what support systems are out there, how they can manage their own safety. It covers domestic, sexual abuse, stalking, street crime, grooming and gang culture. It provides a safe place for young girls to explore these issues and work through their fears.

Our courses give invaluable information and practical tools for adults aged 16 and over. We can tailor the training to cover a number of topics on personal safety and street safety.
