Each year the MAC holds its Annual Vestry Meeting (AVM), this is the equivalent of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held by other charities and companies.
The AVM is an open meeting where anyone listed on a church electoral roll of the Mission Area, or those listed on the electoral register of the Mission Area.
Notice of the AVM and associated papers will be given 14 days prior to the date of the meeting and displayed at each Church and on this website.
The next AVM is being held at St Cynfarchs Church Hall Hope on Sunday 31st May at 12.30pm

Draft minutes pertaining to the AVM will be published within 14 days of the meeting on this website for comment and approved at the next AVM.

Papers relating to MAC meetings will be made available to MAC members via the secure section of this website which can be accessed here
However, after each MAC meeting a Bulletin detailing information from the MAC meeting will be distributed to each Church and also made available on this website.
