Each year we have an AGM to which all members are invited. You can attend in person or by Zoom. At each AGM we have a presentation on a topic to do with our work, and then we review the minutes of the previous AGM, followed by reports for the year from the Chair and the Treasurer. Election of members of the Management Committee then takes place, and occasionally we may discuss and vote on changes to the consitution. Draft minutes of the AGM are circulated as soon as possible after the meeting.
In 2022 we changed the constitution to allow remote voting, so that all our members can have a say in the running of the Friends. We are using remote voting for the 2025 AGM.
