We are an informal, relaxed and sometimes cheeky local group, interested in all sorts of open debate and discussion. A diverse bunch, with all sorts of viewpoints, experience and backgrounds, we often amaze each other.
All ages are welcome. We believe everyone is entitled to their views and ideas so long as they listen to and respect the views of others who may disagree with them.
We do straightforward debates on an issue, question times on items of topical interest and open forums with more audience involvement and "comedy" balloon debates. Do have a look at our programme, and the more detailed explanation of the different types of event.
