2023 AGM
Present: Gail Chapman, Jean and Derek Cheek, Ann Gilbey, Diane Hanna, Jennifer Kersey, Margaret Parlett, Helen Rees, Jan Snow and Rick Tracey.
Apologies were received from Lorry Greenall, Lee Knight, Chris Lane and Mary Lane
Minutes for 2022 were agreed as a correct record.
Members The meeting was informed of the sad death of long term member Patricia Kuebel and tributes were paid to her.
Chairman's Report Derek Cheek thanked everyone for coming. and stated that progress had been made because of the increase in number of informal and informal debates over the past year. A sentiment endorsed by all those present.
Accounts This year's accounts were read out and the decision was made to keep the subscriptions as they are currently.
