We meet on Mondays and Wednesdays
Sessions are either set to be 'Running' or 'Working'. When classed as 'Running' sessions unless there is some must do repairs you can use whatever layouts we have available. For a 'Working' session at least one of our layouts will be having maintenance or construction going on. At the moment the club's exhibition layout, Quarry Halt is set up to run but is still undergoing further rewiring.
However it is often possible to run something if the work hasn't shut down the layout completely! Of course, the test tracks (00 gauge, EM, 3mm, and TT:120) are always available.
The 00 gauge layout (Farrington Road) is still being developed but unless there is a problem will be available on all Running sessions.
The 0 gauge layout (Dewhurst) is now restored back to its full length and the refurbishment work carries on, full running sessions though are still by agreement.
The club's exhibition layout Quarry Halt continues to be updated and is available for running if required.
At the moment with uncertainty about the club's future at its present premises we are meeting as regular on Mondays (1400-1600) and Wednesdays (2000-2200). Each session is 'freeform' in that we decide on the day whether we are running or maintaining.
