The village hall Health and Safety File is positioned in the hall foyer area.
Included in the policy is the Accident Book and the Trustees encourage all hall users to familiarise themselves with this policy.
AVHMC provide a First Aid kit for use of Hires within the Hall. Respect for this kit would be appreciated.
Regular users/clubs should also provide their own First Aid kit.
It is important that all users of the Hall make themselves aware of the emergency procedure in the event of a fire. There are notices placed in the hall and also within the Health and Safety File.
