This site is for demonstrating some of the things you can do with a Voice website.
If you're an administrator of a Voice site then have a look around for ideas. Anything you see on these pages can be achieved with your own Voice website without any special tools, just a bit of time!
Page Layout
This page is using a three column layout. In the Content column (this column) there is the main page content, edited using the WYSIWYG editor. (WYSIWYG means "What You See Is What You Get")
The Right column contains includelets. These pull content from other areas of the site to highlight on the front page. Currenty there are two includelets configured:
- Website Features uses the Filtered Item List includelet to show links to pages in the Features section.
- Upcoming Events uses the Community Calendar includelet to show the next three upcoming events from the Events Calendar.
Most of the Left column is present on all Voice sites. The Google Translate widget is an optional includelet available to all sites, which is added to the left column and set to inherit to sub-pages.
There are loads of different includelets to choose from, and they can be used in the main column or a side column at your choice, and you can choose whether or not to inherit them to sub-pages.
