Meetings are usually held on the first Thursday of each month, commencing at 8pm, in Widdington Village Hall.
Members of the public and press are most welcome to attend the meetings and are given an opportunity to ask questions and express opinions at the main Council meetings during the 15 minutes public participation session.
As the law states that the council cannot lawfully decide matters not included on the agenda, please submit questions in writing to the clerk (clerk.widdington.pc@gmail.com ) a minimum of 7 days prior to the meeting for inclusion, where appropriate, on the agenda.
The Annual Parish Meeting is a meeting of the parish electors that takes place between 1 March and 1 June to celebrate local activities and debate current issues in the community. The Chair of the Parish Council calls the meeting, and if present will chair it.

The Annual General Meeting of the Parish Council takes place in May. This is where the chairman and vice-chairman are elected.
The dates scheduled for Widdington Parish Council Meetings for 2024 are;
11th January, 1st February, 7th March, 4th April, 2nd May*, 6th June, 4th July, 5th September, 3rd October, 7th November and 5th December.
All meetings start at 8pm in the Village Hall unless notified otherwise.
