Hi everyone,

We wanted to open a discussion around some ongoing concerns being noticed across the estate:

• Individuals (including some college-age youths) entering residential blocks

• Reports of drug use and related anti-social behaviour

• Increased nuisance in communal areas

• Ongoing fly-tipping affecting the cleanliness of our estate

These issues are starting to impact residents’ sense of safety and wellbeing, as well as the overall environment we all share.

Your input will help us build a clear picture and raise this collectively with the council so it can be treated as a priority.
