Meetings are held in the meeting room in Margaretting Village Hall, Wantz Road on the second Thursday of each month except August. There is no meeting in August.
Meetings start at 7.30pm and members of the public are most welcome to attend. At the beginning of each meeting during the public participation session (Democratic Time) there is an opportunity to ask questions and express opinions.

Notice of the meetings together with the agenda are displayed on the parish council notice board in Maldon Road.
