Hymn CH 198

Let us build a house where love can dwell and all can safely live,

a place where saints and children tell how hearts learn to forgive;

built of hopes and dreams and visions, rock of faith and vault of grace;

here the love of Christ shall end divisions:

            All are welcome, all are welcome, all are welcome in this place.

Let us build a house where prophets speak, and words are strong and true,

where all God's children dare to seek to dream God's reign anew.

Here the cross shall stand as witness and as symbol of God's grace;

here as one we claim the faith of Jesus:

Let us build a house where love is found in water, wine and wheat;

a banquet hall on holy ground, where peace and justice meet.

Here the love of God, through Jesus, is revealed in time and space,

as we share in Christ the feast that frees us:

Hymn CH 641

Seek ye first the Kingdom of God and all his righteousness;

and all these things shall be added unto you; allelu, alleluia.

            Alleluia, alleluia, alleluia, alleluia!

Ask and it shall be given unto you, seek, and ye shall find;

knock, and the door shall be opened unto you; allelu, alleluia.

You shall not live by bread alone, but by every word

that proceeds from the mouth of the Lord; allelu, alleluia.

Hymn CH 139

Praise the Lord, you heavens, adore Him, praise him, angels, in the height;

sun and moon, rejoice before him, praise him, all you stars and light.

Praise the Lord! for he has spoken; worlds his mighty voice obeyed;

law which never shall be broken for their guidance has he made.

Praise the Lord! for he is glorious; never shall his promise fail;

God has made his saints victorious; sin and death shall not prevail.

Hymn CH 130

Ye servants of God, your Master proclaim,

and publish abroad his wonderful name;

the name all victorious of Jesus extol;

his kingdom is glorious and rules over all.

God ruleth on high, almighty to save;

and still he is nigh, his presence we have;

the great congregation his triumph shall sing,

ascribing salvation to Jesus our King.

Salvation to God who sits on the throne!

let all cry aloud, and honour the Son.

the praises of Jesus the angels proclaim,

fall down on their faces, and worship the Lamb.

Then let us adore, and give him his right,

all glory and power, all wisdom and might,

all honour and blessing, with angels above,

and thanks never-ceasing, and infinite love.

Amen, amen.
