Kilrenny Parish Church is joining in the nationwide day of commemorative events marking the centenary of the end of the First World War and paying tribute to the millions killed or wounded in battle, and those on the home front who struggled amidst pain and loss to help ensure freedom survived.
At 19.05 hrs. Kilrenny Church Bell will join with Cathedrals and Churches across the nation in ringing out their bells in Celebration of Peace.
Kilrenny Parish Church will be open from 18.30 hrs. and welcomes anyone who wishes to mark the occasion with a time of quiet reflection in the Church sanctuary.
