Volunteer Car Drivers Wanted

Drivers Always Needed - Please can you help us?

We urgently need more Volunteer Car Drivers who can take our local residents who are no longer able to drive themselves or use public transport, to their healthcare appointments (Doctors Practice, Hospital, Dentist, Optician, Podiatrists etc), wait up to 2 hours and then return them home.  We accept bookings from clients in Highcliffe, Walkford, Friars Cliff and Mudeford  (BH23 “4” and BH23 “5” postcodes),

The client will be invited to make a suggested voluntary donation to cover the driver's fuel.  Any surplus donations are given to local medical charities at the end of the year.

We would be pleased to hear from you, even if you can only offer limited time.  There is no obligation to accept a booking, and you can choose when, where and how often you drive.  We realise that our drivers have other commitments and limitations and appreciate any time they can give.

So many people rely on us and we try so hard not to let them down.
