Hampton Common Friends Group Formed. Community consultation started
2009
Six new benches installed
Concrete pavilion base removed
Boundary hedge height reduced for added safety
Outdoor fitness equipment installed
Spring flowers planted

New paths installed
New trees planted to replace old and damaged specimens
BMX Track upgraded
2011
Nine fruit and nut trees donated by the Woodland Trust planted in Ecology area.
(Unfortunately a couple were stolen soon after)
2012
Bench donated by ‘The Friends’ installed
First application to ‘London Marathon Charitable Trust’ for grant for new toddler play ground
2013
Hampton Common awarded ‘Green Flag’
Additional benches installed
Renewed application made to London Marathon Charitable Trust for playground equipment
2014
Grant of £25,000 made. Matched by £35,000 from the Council
New fencing and gates installed along Buckingham Road boundary
Additional two paths laid
BMX track upgraded
New children's playground opened

New 9v9 Football Pitch added
