Sir John Whittingdale OBE, will be attending the Open Morning on Saturday to mark the completion of trhe Village Hall's Solar Panel Project. Sir John supported the Government's change of policy on extending the VAT exemption to charity buildings. Previously VAT had only been exempt from Solar installations on domestic buildings.
