The Honiton Glen Conservation Group (The Friends of The Glen)

Christmas Stall 2014 

Honiton Glen Conservation Group members will be in Lace Walk with a Christmas stall. Please come along and support the work being carried out in The Glen by buying from the stall or by making a donation. 

There will be items on the stall which could be bought as presents for Christmas. As well as the usual variety of cakes (small and large), there will also be jams and chutneys, apple pies, mince pies and sausage rolls - all homemade. Boxes of handmade crackers will be there as will many stocking filler gifts and also larger good quality gifts such as candle holders and cheese boards. Various knitted items including Christmas tree decorations will be on sale, as will bird feeding items. 

There will be a raffle with a limited number of 50 tickets (£1 each) with the prize of a large homemade Christmas cake decorated with glazed nuts. The raffle will be drawn on the Saturday afternoon and the cake will be delivered that day (distance permitting).

Also an opportunity to ask questions about The Glen including the lost Victorian water garden and the work of The Glen Conservation Group.
