Apologies were received from Lee Knight Secretary so no report was received
Chairman Derek Cheek welcomed those present and said that numbers attending the debates had increased over the past year.
Treasurer Jean Cheek provided a breakdown of the accounts as follows:
10 members paid £20 and 67 visitors £2. Total income £334. Output Hall hire, affiliation and tea money £314. Profit £20
The decision was made to keep the subscriptions as they are currently.
