Membership is open to Southern Housing tenants and residents living within the CRTRA community area, including:
- Charles Utton Court Independent Living Accommodation
- Mayne Court
- Icarus Building
- Apollo Building
- Epsilon Building
- Sigma Building
- Omega Building
- The Electric Blocks
Joining CRTRA helps ensure residents have a collective voice within the community.
Membership is free.
Volunteer Opportunities
Residents can support CRTRA in a variety of ways, including:
- Assisting at community meetings and events
- Supporting community projects and activities
- Helping with resident engagement
- Sharing skills, ideas, and local knowledge
- Supporting isolated or vulnerable residents within the community
We welcome residents from all backgrounds and experiences.
Our Committee
CRTRA is managed by a voluntary resident committee made up of local residents from the community area.
The committee currently includes:
- Chairperson

- Treasurer
- Committee Members
Committee members work voluntarily on behalf of residents to:
- Organise meetings
- Support communication with Southern Housing
- Help coordinate community initiatives
- Represent resident concerns
- Support community wellbeing and engagement
The Association values transparency, inclusion, and collaborative working to help support positive outcomes for residents and the wider community.
