MINUTES OF COMMITTEE OF COLDEAST DRIVE RESIDENTS’ ASSOCIATION
HELD ON FRIDAY 8TH SEPTEMBER 2023 AT 44 ROTHSCHILD DRIVE AT 2 P.M.
PRESENT: Allan Duncan, Diana Hindle, Stuart Kimber, Thomas Middleditch with Angela Brennan ‘sitting in’
APOLOGIES: Apologies were received from Tony Amber
MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING: The Minutes of the previous meeting were approved.
SOCIAL: It was agreed to limit future Social Events to the main Garden Party.
COLDEAST MANSION: It was agreed to keep a ‘watching brief’ on the events at The Mansion and only act if there were more parking problems.
COMMUNAL GARDENING: Allan had sent out an email with full details of the ongoing situation. An email from Homes England was received during the meeting confirming that EnviroCare had been added to the tendering process. It was agreed that Allan would continue to try to ensure that ERMC were acting in a correct manner.
FORMATION OF A MANAGEMENT COMPANY: The email from Homes England gave an update on the progress they are making. Allan would chase Millers to deal with the large number of weeds in the gutters of Coldeast Drive which will cause a delay to its adoption.
AGM: Diana would contact The Mansion to see if the AGM could be held there on 24th October.
AOB: Stuart confirmed that the faulty lamp post on Jellico should be reported to ERMC for ‘onward transmission’ to Millers. Stuart also offered to send the plan of the Estate to Angela to help her confirm who is responsible for the cleaning of the paving stones near her property.
NEXT MEETING: To be held on Friday 13th October at 54 Rothschild (tbc) starting at 2 p.m.
