MINUTES OF COMMITTEE MEETING OF COLDEAST DRIVE RESIDENTS’ ASSOCIATION
HELD ON FRIDAY 3RD MAY 2024 AT 44 ROTHSCHILD DRIVE AT 2 P.M.
PRESENT: Diana Hindle, Stuart Kimber, Allan Duncan (Chair), Tom Middleditch, Tony Amber, and Angela Brennan
APOLOGIES: Apologies were received from John Adam
MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING: The Minutes of the previous meetingwere approved.
SOCIAL: Diana confirmed that the Summer Family Event would take place on 1st June and she would be circulating the details of the actions agreed by the Committee Members.
COMMUNAL GARDENING: Everyone agreed that things were progressing well.
AW2 ACCOUNTS: Tom joined virtually and gave details of his email exchanges with ERMC. He would arrange (via Allan) to circulate all the updates. It was imperative that all residents were receiving value for money.
FORMATION OF A MANAGEMENT COMPANY: Allan reported that Homes England were still ‘stalling’ over the appointment of Shadow Directors, he would continue pressing them. It was agreed that Allan would investigate whether the Management Company had insurance in place in the event of ERMC becoming bankrupt.
NEXT MEETING: The next meeting will be held at 54 Rothschild Drive on 14th June, commencing 2 p.m.
