MINUTES OF COMMITTEE MEETING OF COLDEAST DRIVE RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION
HELD ON FRIDAY 1st MARCH 2024 AT 44 ROTHSCHILD DRIVE AT 2 P.M.
PRESENT: Diana Hindle, Stuart Kimber, Allan Duncan (Chair), Tom Middleditch, Tony Amber, Angela Brennan and John Adam
MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING: The Minutes of the previous meeting were approved.
SOCIAL: Diana reported on here meeting with Coldeast Mansion when the Garden Party date was agreed as 1st June 2024. She stated that she would need some assistance with the preparation and running of the day. It was agreed to have a meal at Coldeast Mansion on 27th March starting 1800-1830, for Committee members, their spouses and friends, Diana asked for confirmation of attendance from all asap.
COMMUNAL GARDENING: There were no problems with the communal gardening.
AW2 ACCOUNTS: Tom reported that he was still chasing full answers to all the questions raised in his various emails (all Committee Members had copies). He would be chasing Laura yet again. Allan reported that he was still chasing Jon Byrom of Homes England and would continue to do so. It was agreed by all the Tom and Allan need to keep chasing as there were serious questions to be answered by ERMC.
FORMATION OF A MANAGEMENT COMPANY: Allan reported that he was still chasing Homes England about the appointment of Shadow Directors.
PARKING PROBLEMS: It was agreed that it is not the job of the Committee to ‘police’ parking It was also agreed that very little can be done to deal with the few problems it caused.
NEXT MEETING: The next Meeting will be held at 54 Rothschild on19th April, starting at 2 p.m.
