MINUTES OF COMMITTEE MEETING OF COLDEAST DRIVE RESIDENTS’ ASSOCIATION
HELD ON FRIDAY 19th JANUARY 2024 AT 54 ROTHSCHILD DRIVE AT 2 P.M
PRESENT: Diana Hindle, Stuart Kimber, Allan Duncan (Chair), Angela Brennan, John Adam, Tom Middleditch and Tony Amber
MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING: The Minutes of the previous meeting were approved.
SOCIAL: Diana said she would contact The Mansion to see if there was a possibility of holding a dinner there for a reasonable price. She would finalise details of the Summer Fete later.
COMMUNAL GARDENING: Stuart reported that the new contractors had visited at least twice and that the feedback from residents had been positive.
COMMUNICATIONS WITH ERMC: Tom led a discussion on the 2022 Accounts which ERMC had just supplied. It was agreed that the 2023 Accounts were the ones to be analysed in detail; Tom would chase these and circulate both them and his analysis to all. Allan would also chase Homes England for answers to our question about the delay in supplying them and the validity of the Company and its registration. It was agreed that we also need to see the Budget for 2024 and more details of how ERMC are dealing with the debtors.
