We had our Jubilee celebration on 3rd June in our garden and it was excellent. About 30 people came and the array of donated cakes was scrumptious. Marion Ross decorated one with a Jubilee message which we used for the toast and the weather was just perfect,
We met the Guinea Pigs who live next door and they were a delight. We did not manage to find a space in the garden to plant a tree (Maybe an excuse for another get together!)
Thanks to everyone, especially Jenny for her superb organising and for calming me down. We toasted the Queen with wine and soft drinks plus the cake of course and the general atmosphere could not have been better.
