STAYING ACTIVE IN LATER LIFE

Being physically active can improve your quality of life and aid recovery from many health issues. It is also a great way to meet new people and do something positive for yourself.

Through Age UK Somerset we can offer various classes in your area run by independent instructors, these can range from Tai Chi, gentle exercise to music, Zumba Gold, yoga and seated Stretch and Flex. Keeping to a healthy weight and taking regular physical activity, will improve your mood, make you feel less tired and give you a healthier heart and stronger bones. So if you haven’t been very active for a while or are new to it, please come and join us.
