We understand that Diamond Travelcard bus passes are accepted on all services except the Airport Flyer, for which there is a separate concessionary scheme for local residents, below:

Airport Flyer Express

A concessionary travel scheme for residents of selected areas of the local community is available for subsidised travel on the Airport Flyer Express service between Bristol Airport and Bristol city centre. The scheme applies to anyone living permanently in the postcode areas BS40, BS41 8, BS48, BS49 BS29 or BS25. Residents in these areas who are Diamond Card holders are able to travel free of charge on the Airport Flyer Express on production of a valid Diamond Card plus Bristol Airport’s concessionary travel scheme card (valid 24/7).
