Following a Parish Council meeting the minutes are issued by the Clerk in draft format, at the next meeting they are examined by the Council, altered if required and accepted as an accurate record.
Official minutes of the Parish Council go back to the beginning of the meetings being held. They are a matter of public record and are available to be viewed where they are held.
