The Friends of Bridge House Pond have created two 'garden areas' - the 'Heritage garden' which includes raised beds where vegetables, including heritage varieties (such as the Feltham First pea) are grown, as well as a Feltham Beauty apple tree.
By the road there is a HOPE garden, which includes a range of bright flowers, which aim to form an attractive approach to the park, and to bring joy to people's day as they pass.
The Friends have also started planting the area along Freddie Mercury Close.
Funding for these improvements were from the OurSpace Award and Tesco Bags of Help.
