Breach of Planning Control and Action Required

1. The erection of a building (also referred to as a butler bin) used for domestic purposes comprising of storage, utility room, toilet and shower, lounging and hobby use incidental to the dwelling formed from the conversion of the old pumping station building

2. The material change of use of a rural building, old pumping station building, to a dwelling forming a new dwelling in the green belt

What you are required to do

1. Cease use of the building/butler bin labelled BB on the attached plan for storage, utility room, toilet and shower, lounging and hobby use.

2. Demolish the building/butler bin labelled BB on the attached plan and remove its foundations and any plumbing pipework installed in the building.

3. Remove from the site all resultant material from carrying out steps 1 and 2 above

4. Level the land and infill any trenches from the removal of the foundations and return the land to its condition prior to development taking place.

5. Permanently cease the use of the old pumping station building labelled PS on the attached plan as a dwelling 6. Permanently remove all fixtures and fittings installed in the building to facilitate the residential occupation of the building and all domestic paraphernalia and appliances not limited to oven, hob kitchen cabinets, toilet, wash basin(s)

Breach of Planning Control and Action Required

Without planning permission, the carrying out of engineering operations involving the laying of hardstanding comprising road planings creating a track 3.2metres wide and approximately 85metres long and a turning area.

1.Remove all road planings that form the hard surface from the land identified in the approximate area shown cross hatched on the attached plan.

2.Having complied with step 1 above,remove from the land the grid pave membrane laid to facilitate the hardstanding.

3.Remove the ranch style fencing and timber boards in the ground marking the edges of the hard standing. These are shown on the annotated photograph attached to this notice.

4.Remove any resultant debris and materials from the land and restorethe land to its condition before the breach took place

 2. Demolish the building constructed so far.

3. Remove from the land, the foundations laid in association with the new building.

4. Remove all resultant materials from the land

5. Infill the foundation trenches and level the land returning it to its condition before the development occurred.

6. Within the next planting season (October to March) cultivate the land with a planting scheme (comprising a sufficient number and mix of native sapling trees to create a new wooded area over the extent of the site)

Period for Compliance Steps 1 to 5, within 8 weeks from the date this notice takes effect (as stated under paragraph 7 of this Notice). Step 6, within the next available planting season (October to March), once compliance with steps 1 to 5 has been achieved.
