On Saturday, 14th February 2026, Bloom & Create hosted a children’s pottery session at Loraine Community Centre, bringing children and families together for a hands-on creative experience. Guided by Pauline Finnegan, children had the opportunity to learn pottery techniques and shape clay into their own unique creations.

The session created a calm, welcoming environment where creativity, learning and confidence could grow naturally. Children showed great enthusiasm and imagination while developing new skills, and parents enjoyed seeing their children actively engaged and expressing themselves through art. The session not only encouraged creativity but also strengthened community connections by bringing neighbours together in a fun and supportive space.
