Conservation and re-use of the listed buildings, with some community space in the former Post Office, are still there, and the tallest building proposed for the site is now 19 storeys.

As usual, the TOPO group will respond supporting the conservation and resuse of the older buildings on the site and the proposal for community space. Environmentalists might also like the increased bicycle parking in the basement of the former telephone exchange and on the surface, and the proposed green roofs.
