Tillicoultry Gala will take place on Sunday 16th June 2024 in the public park.

Stall Sites - to be considered for a stall site at Tillicoultry Gala 16th June, please send full details to tillicoultrygala@gmx.com. Please give details of activity for your stall.
You require Public Libility Insurance and Risk assessment to secure your booking. If selling any food you will also need (including home baking) a separate self assessment questionnaire which must be filled in and returned to Clackmannanshire Council (at least 4 weeks before the gala).
This process is only a request for a site to be considered we do not provide any tables/chairs or cover for sites. Confirmation of booking and details for on the day will be issued in early June. Any other inquiries should be sent to the email above.
The application process will be available until end May at which point our bookings will close to give us time to plan for the day.
