The Parish Room, Queenborough Road - Conditions of hire are as follows:
1: A Deposit of £50 will be required for single bookings.
2: The Hirer to provide a Guest List, which must be available at the time of hiring.
3: It is the Hirers responsibility to ensure guests park responsibly with consideration to local residents.
4: Please Do Not park on the white lines in the road opposite the Parish Room in Queenborough Road
5: Please respect residential area surrounding the hall and keep al
l noise to a minimum, including music volume.
Music must cease by:
- 22 15 hrs Monday to Saturday.
- 20 45 hrs Sundays and Bank Holidays.
6: The Community Hall has to be vacated by:
- 22 30 hrs Monday to Saturday.
- 21 00 hrs Sundays and Bank Holidays.
7: Hall must be cleaned and left in a condition as found.
8: Any damages to the property or its contents must be paid for in full.
9: Rubbish MUST be removed upon leaving the hall and disposed of responsibly.
10: If any of the above conditions are broken the deposit WILL NOT be returned

2: The Hirer to provide a Guest List which must be available at the time of hiring.

4: Please respect residential area surrounding the hall and keep all noise to a minimum, including music volume.
Music must cease by:
- 23 15 hrs Monday to Saturday.
- 20 45 hrs Sundays and Bank Holidays.
