       Roast Turkey, stuffing and pigs in blankets served with cranberry sauce

       Grilled Salmon with tarragon hollandaise, served on a bed of saffron rice

       Roasted red onion, goat's cheese and cranberry tartlet

       Melty Mushroom Wellingtons (spinach, blue cheese and field mushrooms wrapped in pastry)

       All served with roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables

      With a choice of brandy cream, cream or custard
