Parish Council meetings are held on the last Tuesday of the month at Rettendon Memorial Hall, Main Road, Rettendon, CM3 8DS.
Meetings begin at 7.30pm.
The next scheduled meeting of the Parish Council will be held on Tuesday 30 November 2021.

The meeting will be held at the Bell Fields, Main Road, Rettendon Common, on Friday 28th May 2021 at 7pm.
For the attention of all residents and parishioners of Rettendon and Battlesbridge parish including residents of Hayes Country Park.
The agenda for the Annual Parish Meeting has now been posted, and as the Village Hall is not yet open and able to accommodate the meeting, I have decided, with the agreement of the Trustees, to try and hold the meeting in the Upper Bell Field. Hopefully the weather on Friday 28th May will be better than it is now.
However, the current Covid-19 guidelines on outdoor meetings are that these are limited to 30 people, and that social distancing rules apply. I would, therefore, ask that, if possible we stick to these rules or the meeting will have to be abandoned if there are too many attendees.
If I may suggest, it would be that local areas select a spokesperson to attend the meeting who can then feedback to your group the outcome of the meeting and any questions that arise.
I will, of course, endeavour to place something on the RPC website, as well as the various FB groups regarding the outcome of the meeting as soon as I can following the meeting.
I know this would not be ideal but it would be a way to hold the meeting and to try to keep everyone informed and safe.
