Planned for October 2019, "Superstar" will be the Troupers' most ambitious project yet. There has been an informal get-together evening, to which over thirty people came. We sang a few songs from the show - not very well at times! Just an illustration of the challenge ahead. But who ever said a challenge is a bad thing?!
After a Production Meeting for key people (Director, Musical Directors, Production Adviser, Stage Manager, and one or two more), rehearsals began in January 2019. By late February almost all the songs had been rehearsed at least once. Here are some pics. of the rehearsal on the 19th:
