We are planning our next AGM for Saturday 20th July 2024

This will be on zoom only, as we also have our sponsored walk and our anniversary party events coming up.

We will make pizzas together, maybe a quiz while we cook and eat, and then the business of the AGM.

An AGM is a requirement under our constitution and charity registration.  We typically have a Chair's report - a review of the past year's activity and plans for the next year.  This is followed by Treasurer's report - what we spent - mostly paying for coaches and sports halls hire, and where the money came in from - mostly from fees paid to attend sessions, and some sponsorships and grants to cover the shortfall.

This is followed by election of the club committee officers - Chair, Treasurer, Secretary, Coach co-ordinator, and other committee members.
