The main objective of the 4T agenda is to reverse what it considers to be neoliberal policies implemented in Mexico for decades and to promote a development model more equitable and people-centred. Key aspects of the Q4 anti-neoliberal agenda is fighting corruption, prioritising social programmes, seeking energy sovereignty, halting and reversing privatizations and a foreign policy focused on non-intervention.
