Ever wondered where fellow members of Ellesmere Bowling Club travel to when they are not playing bowls?

Rules:

1. This competition runs through to the end of March 2026.
2. The photo must be taken between the beginning of October 2025 and the end of March 2026
3. The member of Ellesmere Bowls Club must be prominent in the photo.
4. All photo’s to be taken on a smart phone. We don't want professional photo's just holiday snaps.
5. Forward your entry though to the webmaster, details at the bottom of the home page.
6. Please include the date photo taken and the place.
7. Winners for each category will be decided by a poll conducted through this website.
8. Posting a photo onto this website makes you the copyright owner, but you are granting EBC permission to use it.
9. Prizes will be awarded if we are successful in attracting a sponsor otherwise you will be awarded a much converted certificate and the prestige which goes with it.

Here’s what we’re looking for in each of the four competition categories:

David Attenborough Award

For the most interesting or original travel photo involving EBC members and animals.

Marco Polo Award

For the photograph taken involving EBC members who travel the greatest distance from the bowls club.

Rowan Atkinson Award

For the funniest or daftest travel photo involving EBC members.

Stonehenge Award
