Afyah Centre’s mission is to empower women through supporting them to develop, enhance and improve their skills through training and mentoring. Afyah Centre Support BAME grassroots women establish, incubate and run microbusiness from home. Afyah Centre’s vision is one of seeing BAME women to become self-sufficient through entrepreneurship, creating change, being creative and innovating.
The Afyah organisation promotes social inclusion for the public benefit by working with BAME women and children We runs a local support network group that encourages all excluded women to participate more effectively with the wider community.
We provide educational, accessible, and sensory-based workshops to vulnerable adults and children who have limited access to culture, heritage, arts and crafts with particular focus on those displaced by conflicts and those with learning and communication difficulties. We organise exhibitions and community participation textile projects for people of all backgrounds, ages, and abilities to promote inclusion and cultural integration.
Creative Croydon CIC is a not for profit community arts organisation with a particular interest in participatory music. Our often micro-local reflective practices often connect with land and environment, and with issues of social justice and equity for all. We also work with menopause diversity. We work in and around South London and sometimes further afield by invitation or commission.

We're a small women's community acapella choir in Levenshulme, Manchester. We have around 10 members and are looking to recruit. We sing songs from a range of genres including pop, folk and traditional Irish. We're very informal, rarely use sheet music and love to sing for the joy of it!

The Women’s Budget Group is an independent, not-for-profit organisation that monitors the impact of government policies on men and women. We put forward policies for a more gender equal future and build the capacity of women and women’s groups to participate in economic debates.
