Little Cornard is a village in Suffolk. Located around 0.5 miles from its larger sibling Great Cornard on the B1508 between Sudbury and Colchester. The parish also includes the hamlet of Workhouse Green. The parish's eastern boundary is the River Stour. The parish is also home to the Cornard Mere Site and the Appletree Wood and Mumford Wood wildlife sites.

The Cornard Mere is a SSSI nature reserve, currently leased to and managed by Suffolk Wildlife Trust

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that a casual vacancy has arisen in the Office of Councillor for Little Cornard Parish Council.
If by 7th August 2024 a request for an election to fill said vacancy is made in writing to the Returning Officer at the address below by TEN electors for the said Parish, an election will be held to fill the said vacancy, otherwise the vacancy will be filled by co-option.
If an election is called, it will take place not later than 26th September 2024.
