Little Chesterford Parish Council usually meet on the  second Thursday bi-monthly at 7.30pm in Little Chesterford Village Hall, Little Chesterford. Members of the public are welcome to attend.

The next scheduled meeting is Thursday 14th March 2024 at 19:30 in the village hall. The Agenda will be posted on the village notice board on the Friday before the meeting.

Members of the public and press are most welcome to attend the meetings and are given an opportunity to ask questions and express opinions at the main Council meetings during the 15 minutes public participation session.

As the law states that the council cannot lawfully decide matters not included on the agenda, please submit questions in writing to the clerk (andyparishclerk@gmail.com)  a minimum of 7 days prior to the meeting for inclusion, where appropriate, on the agenda.

The Annual Parish Meeting is a meeting of the parish electors that takes place between 1 March and 1 June to celebrate local activities and debate current issues in the community. The Chairman of the Parish Council calls the meeting, and if present will chair it.

The Annual General Meeting of the Parish Council takes place on Thursday 9th May. This is where the chairman and vice-chairman are elected.
